  • A Stakeholders workshop on SPRING - EU India H2020 program was conducted on 23rd Nov 2022 at Water and Environment Research Technology Centre, SRKR engineering College – India
    • Highlights of the workshop:
      • Presentations of all the 14 partners (online and offline) to update the stakeholders regarding the individual activities and efforts toward addressing the objectives involved under the SPRING Project.
      • Direct interaction between foreign delegates and local stakeholders (Bhimavaram) including public representatives, Government Engineers from water resources division and Farmers from both aqua and agriculture sectors.
      • Demonstration of Bio-oxidation technology to the foreign delegates and the stakeholders.
      • Field visit of foreign delegates in the Godavari study area.

The potential sources of pollution from domestic Sewage, Industries, Agriculture, Aquaculture etc. are followed from the origin of the canal to the final destination.
